Today on App Arcade we are taking a look at 1-bit Ninja by Kode80. Does this retro platformer take you back to the classic NES days or does it get left behind in this HD era. See what Freiteez has to say.
Also, Congrats to Mangaman for winning Infinity Blade. We used random.org and he was chosen as the winner. So congrats and enjoy the game!

I would never think a game as “perfect” but when you play as many games as I do, you can easily sort out what’s good and what’s not. There’s tons of games for iOS, millions in fact. I’ve only plays hundreds of them. But when a game has great gameplay, sound, graphics, replayability, and controls, I give it a high score so others don’t pass it up. All a review is, is someone’s opinion and you get to choose if you agree with it or not. If you do check it out, lemme know what you think!
I don’t mean to be over critical, but your scoring system just seems odd to me. Well, specifically, it seems that you give ludicrously high scores. Then again, I’m not familiar with it, but at the same time I think something is up when you would give something a perfect 10 out of 10. I’ve never played the game, but the review has given me a great sense of it. It strikes me as a cross between the platforming of mario and the feel and challenge of super meat boy. It looks good, yes, very good at that, but something just feels off about giving it a ten. This is all purely my opinion of course, but I dunno. Still a decent review though.
That’s funny. I bought this game on a whim right before I knew there was a review of it. Good to hear I made a good choice.
its seems like a mario rip off but a damn good one i have played this be4 and i raged alot <_<
