Destin has a penchant for video games and sarcasm. He's written for ScrewAttack, Destructoid, and GoNintendo, but has also produced episodes of the Video Game Vault series for Gametrailers, and created, produced, and edited every episode of The Armory on IGN. To put it mildly, he knows his shit. 
@Mark, I know the disheartening feeling from being called the wrong name. For some reason I get called “Charles” by a lot of people, even my clients. Worst part, my name sounds nothing like “Charles”. Must be the way I say my name sometimes. *shrug*
Well Destin im happy for i hope u have a good time with your new job and ill follow u where ever u go :P but if u ever get fired make the site again lol.:)
Mike, Matt, Marty, I respond to all 3 like nothing nowadays. People at my work, customers and workers, talk so fast and “listen” too fast i guess, none of them ever say my name right. xD

What?! this is a joke rigth?
First, let me say that the music for the final segment was fitting. “Goodbye Summer, Hello Winter” is all about change and it fit perfectly with the theme (and I’m sure it was on purpose).
Second, thanks Destin. I can honestly say that you have influenced me as a comedian, actor, and as a journalist. When I started my own podcast last month with a friend, I was trying to figure out how to do it, then I heard Output Output, and I gave him a link and said “it needs to be this good”. You have been a forerunner in the gaming industry, from everything to daily news to in depth reviews (heh, that rhymed) and I can honestly say that it is sad to see such a great site close down. I actually visited a few months The Daily DL before you left Screwattack and I read your reviews and articles and I thought “Damn, daily news and he still has time to do this?” and now it seems sad that you don’t have the time (or possibly the option, you were keeping vague, on purpose obviously) to do this anymore.
But to sum up all my feeling, only one thing can be said “I’m Destin and this is Hard News”. And it was damn hard news buddy. I’ll be crying for weeks.
